These Terms govern your use of the Pureneck website and any purchase of Rivura Restore Caps from Nexvital Pty Ltd (ABN 54 731 892 046), 142 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia.

2. Order & Sale Conditions

Placing an order: To order, you submit your name and phone number via the order form. This constitutes a request, not a binding contract. A contract of sale is formed only when our operator confirms your order by phone.

Confirmation call: We will contact you on the phone number provided to verify the order and delivery details. You may cancel at no cost during this call.

Prices and currency: All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) including GST where applicable. The price at the time of order confirmation is binding.

Payment: Payment is made in full upon delivery - cash or card to the courier (EFTPOS/Visa/Mastercard accepted). No prepayment is required online.

Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel your order at no charge during the confirmation call or at any point before the parcel has been dispatched by contacting us at info@pureneck.world.
